Shipping policy
Shipping & delivery
Straight Fire orders are seller-fulfilled: we ship them ourselves from inside the United States, and we are the seller of record on every one. Here is what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses where the carrier supports them. Amazon shows the shipping options and cost for your address at checkout; the price on the listing is the price you pay plus any shipping shown there.
Handling and delivery times
Orders placed before 12:00 pm Eastern on a business day usually ship the same or the next business day; orders placed later, or on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day. Amazon displays an estimated delivery date at checkout and in Your Orders; it is based on the handling time set in our Amazon account plus the carrier’s transit time, and it is the date we commit to. If this page and a listing ever differ, the listing applies.
Carriers and tracking
Shipments travel with UPS, USPS or FedEx depending on size and destination. Tracking is added to your Amazon order as soon as the label is created, and Amazon notifies you when the package ships and when it is delivered.
Packaging and paperwork
Products ship new and factory-sealed in protective packaging. The shipping label, packing slip and any invoice name Straight Fire as the seller and no one else, as Amazon’s Drop Shipping Policy requires; nothing in the box carries another company’s pricing or marketing. An invoice is available on request through Your Orders.
Problems with delivery
If tracking shows no movement for three business days, the package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us through Your Orders or at support@tempore.net and we will trace the shipment or send a replacement. Every order is also covered by Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee.
Address changes
Because orders ship quickly, we can only change a delivery address before the label is created. Message us through Amazon immediately after ordering; once shipped, any change has to be made with the carrier.
