Straight Fire is the retail brand of Tempore, a Florida software and engineering firm, selling on Amazon.com as an independent third-party seller. We apply the same care to sourcing products that we apply to building software.
Who we are
Straight Fire is operated by Tempore, based in Florida. Tempore builds software for a living, and Straight Fire grew out of that work: we wanted an Amazon store where every listing could be traced back to a verified supplier, an exact product match and honest pricing, and we built the tooling to make that routine.
How we source
We buy new products from authorized wholesale distributors in the United States. Before anything is listed we check that the supplier’s barcode, brand, model and pack quantity match the Amazon listing exactly, that the brand may be resold on Amazon, that the supplier confirms stock, and that the price covers the real cost of shipping, Amazon fees and returns. A product that fails any check is not listed.
Orders ship from inside the United States with carrier tracking. Straight Fire is the seller of record: our name is on the packing slip and the package, we handle every return ourselves, and no other company’s branding or contact details reach you. We never fill an order by buying from another retailer. We do not hold customer payment details; Amazon processes every order.
