Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Straight Fire receives when you buy from us on Amazon or visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Straight Fire is an Amazon.com seller operated by Tempore in Florida, United States (“we”). Contact us at support@tempore.net with any question about this policy.

This website

This website is informational. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps standard server logs, including the IP address and pages requested, for security and operation of the service; we do not use them to identify visitors. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Information we receive from Amazon

When you order from us on Amazon, Amazon shares only what we need to fulfil the order: your name, shipping address, the items ordered, order and shipment identifiers, and any message you send through Buyer-Seller Messaging. We never receive your payment details; Amazon processes payment.

How we use it

  • To ship your order, which means passing your name, shipping address and the items to the supplier warehouse and carrier that fulfil it.
  • To answer your messages, process returns and refunds, and handle claims.
  • To meet legal, tax and Amazon policy obligations, and to prevent fraud.

We do not use order information for marketing, do not build customer profiles, and do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to deliver your order: the United States supplier or warehouse that ships it, the carrier that delivers it, and Amazon itself. Each receives only the details required for its part. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order information is kept for as long as Amazon’s policies and tax law require, then deleted. Amazon’s Data Protection Policy requires personally identifiable information to be retained no longer than 30 days after order delivery unless a legal or tax obligation requires otherwise; we follow that rule, keeping only the records needed for accounting and dispute handling.

Security and Amazon developer data

Where we use Amazon’s Selling Partner API to manage orders, the connection uses credentials that stay on our own systems. Access is limited to the people who run the store, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, personally identifiable information is stored only as long as described above, and we do not share Amazon data with any third party except as needed to fulfil orders. Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy apply to all data we receive from Amazon.

Your choices

You can view, correct or delete the information Amazon holds about you in your Amazon account. To ask what order information we hold or to request its deletion, email support@tempore.net; we will respond within 30 days and delete what we are not legally required to keep. We do not use tracking that would need an opt-out.

Children

Under Amazon’s Conditions of Use, anyone under 18 may use Amazon only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
